Process

1. Inspection - Evaluate the material type, cleaning instructions, soil types and special conditions such as fraying fuzzing, bed bugs, pet urine and or pet hair . Use UV Black light.

2. Property Protection -  Lay blankets, corner guards and walk runners to protect customer floors.

3. Pre Vacuum - to remove as much dry particulate soil as possible so that the products and cleaning are more effective on hard to remove dirt and not wasted on easy to remove debris. 

4. Pre-Conditioner Spray - We advance pray our treatment to give the soap extra time to work on breaking the bonds that hold it to the fabric

5. Agitate - We use motorized agitation with brushes and bonnets to scrub the soap into the deepest place the soil hides.

6. Dwell Time -  Soap and Treatments need time for the right reactions to take place. 

7. Extract - Our equipment is state of the art. We have full adjustable settings and the experience to know which ones your furniture needs. 50-1200psi (Upholstery typically 250) and Room Temperatures up to 280 degrees with powerful vacuum that leaves your upholstery dry in an hour. Here you want a Cleaner who knows not to use hot water on pee and that body oil spots need it. The cheapest guy isnt likely to know or care or take the time if he does. 

8. Rinse - We carry 3 upholstery rinses so regardless of your specific issues we will leave your fabric Soft Fluffy and smelling Fresh

9. Post Treatments - Special Pet treatments, Stain Guard and/or Deodorizer may be applied now if requested. 

10. Speed Dry - Our Expert Technician will set up optimal drying conditions before he leaves.
