Harris Pressure Washing  Job Checklist (Back to front & top to bottom) 

1. Property Preparation

□            Inspect & Video ALL = Note; materials, special considerations, hazards, damages ect

□            Agreement & Waiver Signed

□            Clean / Verify Gutters if Roof Washing Adjust Down spots & direct water flow away from damage

□            Test Water Flow is greater than 4gpm plus customer use (ask not to use if below 8gpm)

□            Cover; Delicate Plants, Delicate Materials, keyholes, mail boxes, Items that cant get wet, Close windows. make water tight

□            Clear Area; Move Items, Blower, Stage work flow

□            Set up Water Reclamation Bags and Vac or Sump

□            Pre-Soak Vegetation & surrounding areas not to be cleaned such as wood decks ect

 

1. Pre Treatments  ( application method=  bach vs Meter vs downstream inj vs x jet )

 

□Pre-Rinse if/where necessary

□Batch mix or Meter a Pre Treatment for Surface treatment of; Roof 3-5%, Concrete 2-3% & Siding, decks, fences, patios, gutters 1-2%,  

□Spray= always Careful about where over spray is going.

□Scrub

□Dwell Time.. Let the Solution do the work

 

1. Roofs

□            Soft Wash off pre treat start at highest point in back of house,

□            Zig Zag down roof slops in sections to avoid pacing back and forth

□            Take Special care under gutters and around windows

□            Extra rinse delicate and collateral material such as windows.

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

 

1. Trash Cans

 

□Transfer Trash to another bin

□Pressure Wash with Odo ban (down steam)

□Replace Trash

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

 

1. Fencing

 

□Rinse after 3-5 min dwell & Reapply as needed

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

 

1. Pool Areas

 

□Rinse Away from pool ( minor HS overspray will not hurt it )

□Use Lower Pressure washing pressure if using surface tool 2000-2500 psi max

□Post Treat and/or Rinse if Needed

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

 

1. Decks / Patios

□            Rinse Toward best / safest runoff area. Away from plants and out of pooling areas

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

 

1. House Wash / Siding /  Gutter Wash

 

□Siding =Soft wash…. Stone + Siding = Low pressure wand at distance & Closer on stone

□            Rinse gutter First as far as you can reach (do one sprays length section top to bottom at a time)

□            Get cobwebs and misc from under gutter

□Without moving finish that Sections exterior siding zigzag down one spray

□Extra Rinse Collateral material such as windows and trims & nearby vegetation .. now move over

 

1. Walk Ways & Drive Ways

 

□Cut in Edges with a Wand, outline, corners and Tight spots like nooks and crannies

□Attach & Clean with Surface tool

□Rinse Concrete

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

□Apply Stain Treatments

□again with Surface tool if needed

□Rinse Out of Property

□Rinse near by collateral material and Vegetation

 

1.  Wrap Up

 

□Take lots of photos  of Job with Trailer

□Empty Water Reclamation and put on Trailer

□Machine on Trailer

□Tools on trailer

□Pressure Hoses on trailer

□Water Hoses on Trailer

□Sprayers on Trailer.

□Protectors / tarps and sprinklers on trailer

□Walk Thru more pics

□Collect & Ask for review Send link or scan lanyard.
