Deposit Policy

Why we charge Deposits; When offering online bookings we need to discourage bots and malicious actors as well as careless people from wasting our time and costing us revenue that we intend to earn from good faith customers. As a small business every appointment slot represents Income that we are counting on to feed our families and keep our equipment running well for our customer (you). The employee often must be paid even if its just to wait until the next job.

Deposits;

  • Refundable with 48+ hours of reschedule or cancelation prior to appointment. (may take up to 10 business days to return).

  • Store Credit when rescheduled or cancelled with 24-48 hours notice prior to appointment. (Even chances of filling an appointment someone else could have taken but we want to work with Clients when life happens) (forfeit if unused after 30 days)

  • May be Forfeit if rescheduled or cancelled with less then 24 hours before the appointment.  (unlikely to fill the appointment that someone else could have taken) 

  • All deposits held for longer than 30 days after the first scheduled appointment will be forfeit. 

  • Any appointment rescheduled more than twice will be forfeit on the 3rd.
